Planning console

Project Workspace

Project Workspace version 1.0.0, February 2022, shipped with an option to switch to the classic workspace. Docs now title the older one Project workspace classic - Legacy, say it is being prepared for deprecation and recommend the new Project Workspace; the Planning console is also marked legacy with Project Workspace as the replacement. The docs do not date the Planning console change.
