AI Guardian

The AI Guardian FAQ on the community, by a ServiceNow employee and last updated Q3 2026, says AI Guardian was formerly named Now Assist Guardian. It does not say when the name changed, so the date is left empty. The FAQ says it is built into the ServiceNow AI Platform and included with ServiceNow Otto, and that it assesses AI risks such as offensiveness and prompt injection. Now Assist Guardian was announced in the press release of 13 November 2024.
